Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible
  • We are not in business to "profit" from shipping
  • Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground

USPS Priority Mail service take 3 days and UPS "ground" service that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (All of our products ship from our Facility in Los Angeles, CA).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Delivery Time

All available products "Usually Ships in 1-2 days". We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible.

The method of delivery:

Our free shipping method is either USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size of the order.

We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air (two business days), and UPS Next Day Air for extra cost (see above).

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days from the date it is shipped.  For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped under normal circumstances on Monday.  Our shipping department hours are from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST on Friday.  Your order will be shipped out the next business day if not received within our shipping hours.

 Free Shipping Offers

All orders qualify for Free Shipping, which will be USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on the order weight and size.

Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within the continental United States, only.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Due to COVID-19 and the carriers have suspended service guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.  While you may still select to use these services we will not be able to refund shipping if they fail to deliver on time.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Frunutta ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  Please note that if you select UPS it will NOT be delivered to a PO Box.  You must provide a physical address. 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Frunutta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

All nutritional supplement purchases through Frunutta is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days for a full refund of the product price. 

 Calculating Cost

Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the value of the items you are purchasing.

 International Shipping

We currently do NOT ship outside the U.S.  If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at info@frunutta.com and we would be happy to connect you to one of our vendor partners that carry our line. 

Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which an invoice should be sent and we will happily connect you to one of our partners to assist.
