GABA 100 mg

This is a great product. Have had trouble sleeping since last March. Tried other types of natural sleep aides. This relaxes me enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. I don’t feel groggy or drugged. Works fast. I’m trying the Biotin now! Hope to get me nails looking healthy!

Gaba was recommended to me. As a person with a really fast-paced, high-energy job, it is difficult to slow down at night, this is supposed to just help you step down a little so you are not running 1000 miles an hour, I am super excited to try these and will provide an update once I have tried them out. I also ordered a number of other vitamins as the size works out for me, the ones I take are just too large and I struggle with getting them down and will often avoid taking them for that reason. I can see that these are going to be a winner, at least for me!

My doctor advised up to 1000-1500 mg/day for anxiety. That’s 10-15 pills which is difficult from a practical and financial standpoint. It has lactose and Stevia, a double whammy for my gut. I had to stop it after 5 days due to diarrhea.

While I really wanted these vitamins to work because I have Crohn’s disease and my body does not absorb much, I could not get past the awful taste. I tried so hard to like them but they tasted so horribly and then that takes would stay in my mouth for half a day. I’m sorry that it didn’t work out.
