Why Dissolvable Vitamins?
This is a detailed evaluation of why dissolvable vitamins are overall a better choice over swallowed vitamins with unnecessary additives, preservatives, and coatings. The vitamin industry is forming a TANK around the vitamin to protect it against the stomach acids and not to protect or benefit you. The concept of bypassing the stomach by changing the route of absorption from swallowing the vitamin to under the tongue placement is the main advantage that we present in today’s blog. -

Are expensive vitamins better than cheap ones?

Should You Take Iron Supplement?
Under the tongue iron supplements can be taken every morning on an empty stomach by simply placing the tablet under the tongue prior to brushing your teeth. This can avoid the poor iron absorption and its associated intestinal side effects. In a recent study in New England Journal of Medicine, study participants were given standard swallowed high dose iron tablets two to three times a day, but the results of their blood studies showed only absorptions of 22.6 to 23.6mg per day. The medical community believes that under the tongue absorption is a more efficient method of absorption allowing similar if not better absorption than the current practice of multiple daily dosing of oral Irons. -
Does IV Vitamin Therapy Work?
The most important point to remember is that most other vitamins that you encounter, be it gummies, compressed hard tablets, pills, capsules, gelcaps or vitamin-drinks they all must be swallowed in order to be absorbed. Once they have been swallowed they must survive the stomach acids, pancreatic enzymes and finally after surviving must get absorbed into the intestinal system to undergo liver cleansing. Most vitamin producers add additives to create a strong protective shell around the vitamins. Many of the ingredients to protect the vitamin against your stomach acids are not necessarily good for you or protect you. Even if you are able to swallow the vitamins there is no guarantee that your body is able to absorb the vitamins attached to all the additives and preservatives. Once absorbed then your liver has to work hard to separate the vitamins from the unnecessary binders. Therefore, the sublingual or under the tongue route bypasses the intestinal system all together and allows you to absorb your vitamin directly into the bloodstream. It also allows for the product to have no unnecessary additives or preservatives.
